Training Courses - Refund Policy
I understand how hard it is to buy training that you aren't sure will bring the results you need, but I feel very confident in the training I created and the value it brings with its content and the deliverables. I know that most people are honest and if we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our courses, that it will only be used in the event that someone truly felt this wasn’t bringing the value it promised.
Please note: With live Workshops, Group Coaching, and the Agency CORE Program purchases there is no 7-day money-back guarantee, however, you can cancel any coaching subscriptions at any time and not be charged your next payment.
Some important things to note about the policy:

Restrictions apply and all refunds are discretionary. If we see in our records your completed more than 25% of the training you purchased, downloaded material, and watched more than 25% of the video content and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Our lenient refund policy is designed to give people a chance to see if our training is a good fit for their business. Stealing the material is not covered in this policy.

If you purchase multiple courses, you are signifying that you are happy with the first course and subsequently wanted more of them. We will not refund purchases of multiple products as this is an abuse of our refund policy. Make sure you are happy with the first purchase before buying more.

If you elect for monthly installment payments and did not submit a refund request within 7 days of your first purchase, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly installment payments.
- To request a refund, you would simply email hello@wpcaremarket.com within those first 7 days. After 7 days, no refund will be issued.
By agreeing to our terms of service at checkout, you agree and understand you are not guaranteed a refund after 7 days if you consume more than 25% of the training content you purchased.
