A series of 5 pre-recorded workshops (run this January 2021) detailing everything involved in buying or selling a small website agency. Why both? Because understanding both sides of the transaction gives you the best insight into making the best decision for your business.
Run by Kristina Romero and John Falke who give great transparency into the selling of Kristina's small web agency to John, and subsequently, John's acquisition of her business. This transparency includes a modified template of the actual contract used, transition task lists used, and the key points that made this a fair deal for both parties.
All the workshops have been recorded and available for you NOW in the WP Care Market training platform!
Outcome – Have everything you need to sell your small web agency or acquire a small web agency through these 5 one-hour workshop sessions.

TOPICS COVERED IN THIS WORKSHOP
Found of WP Care Market, former-owner of KR Media & Designs LLC (small web agency)
Owner and Creative Director of Johnny Flash Productions (small web agency)
This course/workshop is perfect for small web agencies with remote teams who do not own a physical office or physical assets.
Small web agencies are best defined as a team of 5 or less, with a client size of 100 or less. A small web agency can even apply to an owner that is only a team of one.
Buying and selling a mid-size or large web/marketing agency would be a different process and this isn't the right course for that size business.
We initially ran this training as a 5-day, one hour a day, series of workshops with each day tackling a different topic. The recordings have been posted into a course format inside WP Care Market.
There is a probability that this training will then be fleshed out even further into a more formal pre-recorded course of more than 5 lessons. If this happens, all existing students will be grandfathered into all future iterations of this workshop/course.
It's fully expected that this course/workshop will attract agency owners looking to buy and sell. We are more than happy to make available a private Airtable database for those that want to list their interest, and individuals can reach out to each other with this contact information.
Please note, WP Care Market will not be vetting those enrolling in this course which will have access to the Airtable base. If you decide to submit your information to a private Airtable, this is your decision, to which you can modify, delete or remove your info.
REVIEWS OF WP CARE MARKET TRAINING
I would like to thank Kristina for helping me totally systemise the website care component of my business. The courses outlined in great detail all aspects of processes, systems, setup, team hire, and selling WP care plans. She removed the guess work and in my view defined best practice for managing care plans for WordPress clients. It is definitely worth the investment. I have already hired my first VA to start managing the customer experience allowing me more time to work on the business.
WP Care Market training was amazing. The content, support files - everything was beyond and above my expectations. I highly recommend Kristina's training to anymore who is serious with their WordPress care plans. The best part of the training: Automation! Following the setup, you can save hours per month meaning more time with your family or friends. A+
I signed up $500 a month of new website care plans during the actual training. The training was useful and practical and easy to implement. So many web pros are leaving money on the table by not offering website care plans. Take these courses and you'll reap the benefits ... quickly.
If you’re running a professional website development business, you need to put yourself through Kristina’s Care Plan Training. She reveals everything she has done to develop the website maintenance side of her business – a wonderful value add for your clients, and a very profitable source of recurring revenue. She’s very organised and systemised, and generous with sharing her knowledge, processes, systems and templates. You’ll end up with everything you need to setup and sell your own website care service, which is exactly what I’ve done.
